Our first venture in a new venue!  The June show will still be at the B&O Station, information will be posted soon.  This event is being held in conjunction with the Ward Bakery, Artists of the Mahoning Commons Spring show.  There will be music, food, and beverages (adult and otherwise) at this event.

Show Dates:             Saturday, May 1, 2010, 12 PM – 7 PM, and Sunday May 2, 12 PM – 5 PM

Application Deadline: April 19, 2010

FEE Options:

____ $25 plus a donation for the Chance Auction

____ $40 without a donation for the Chance Auction

Tables will be provided.  All artist locations are inside the Calvin Center for the Arts.  Up to 2 artists may share a table if you want to, please submit your applications together and indicate that you will be sharing a table.

Deadline:  Monday, April 19^th, 2010 – Application, payment, & sample of work due.   We will not be able to accommodate late submissions. No refunds after notification of acceptance

Notification:  Artists will be notified no later than Saturday, April 24th, 2010 of acceptance status. There are a limited number of spaces available so the jury will be evaluating artist’s submission for both quality of work and insuring we have a good diversity of work represented.

Set-up: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM – If accepted, please plan to be fully set up by 11:45 am on Saturday.
