CALL FOR ARTISTS FOR THE THE BIG TAP IN ON APRIL 24TH, 2010

PLEASE SEE THE NOTICE BELOW FOR INFORMATION ABOUT A NEW VENUE FOR THE ARTISTS OF THE RUST BELT. "THE BIG TAP IN" IS A CRAFT BREW FEST AND THEY WOULD LIKE ARTISTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT.

THE APPLICATION IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE IN BOTH AN EXCEL VERSION OR A PDF VERSION.

THE FEE IS $25 FOR A 10X10 SPACE, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN TABLE, AND THE DEADLINE IS MARCH 11TH. THEY ARE MANAGING THE APPLICATION PROCESS.

EACH PARTICIPATING ARTIST WILL RECEIVE 4 DRINK TICKETS AS WELL

Dear Artist of the Rust Belt,

We are very excited that you have an interest in displaying and selling your art The Big Tap Real Craft Beer Festival on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the Shepherd’s Event Center (Old Sam’s Club) located at 7469 South Avenue in Boardman, OH.

The event is to benefit The HandsOn Volunteer Network of the Valley and is being coordinated by Vintage Estate Wine and Beer (home of the V.E. Tasting Lounge) located at 7317 South Avenue in Boardman, OH.

30-40 real craft breweries will be in attendance at The Big Tap In! They will be serving fine craft beers at 2 separate sessions! Noon-2:00PM and then again from 2:30PM-6:00PM. We expect 1000 tickets to be sold for this event!

The donation amount for an Artist of the Rust Belt vendor spot is only $25.00 per spot. Please provide your own table! In addition to the 25.00, please donate an item to be used for our Chinese Auction or door prize. Please understand that only original artwork will be acceptable at this event.

Your $25.00 donation should be paid to ‘HandsOn Volunteer Network of the Valley’ and payment should include the registration form attached. HOVN is a non profit organization and can provide you with tax ID.

You will be able to set up your table on Friday the 23^rdor on Saturday the 24^th. As we get closer to the event, we will send you more details!
